1. The Path 500 Arhan Statues

Golden sculptures of arhats, or saints who have attained enlightenment in Buddhism, will greet you as you approach Po Fook Hill. 500 sculptures, each with a distinctive expression, line the 431 step path to the monastery.

2. Buddhas

There are four pavilions, one verandah, five temples, a pagoda and a steep concrete walk that must be climbed in order to get here.

3. View from Sha Tin

The monastery covers an area of more than eight hectares and is constructed on two levels on a hillside overlooking Sha Tin.

4. The Nine Storey Pagoda

There is an inside spiral staircase that leads up to the nine story pagoda. Buddha sculptures are placed on window sills at each level, and the top level offers panoramic views of Sha Tin.

Open daily from 9 am to 5 pm.
When a typhoon signal of 8 or higher is issued or when there is a lot of rain, the monastery may close.
