1. Independence Beach
This adorable tiny inlet has rocky coastlines and clean water and it is absolutely unique to the area. It is located to the right of the main pier. Join a Group Shore Excursion or a City Tour.

2. Golden Lions Roundabout
The Golden Lion monument, which is called Vimean Tao Meas in Khmer, has two golden lions as a representation of Sihanoukville’s status as a potent province of Cambodia.

Sihanoukville isn’t exactly Southeast Asia’s answer to Las Vegas, but it does have a few places where gamblers may try their luck at the tables. Including poker, blackjack, roulette and gambling machines.

Rent a bike from the town’s Center to get to the beach. Otres Beach is a terrific area to spend a few days living it up with hanging swings, beach umbrellas, and overhanging palm trees.

Long Set Beach reached by the opposite end of Koh Toch beach, via some tall tree house bungalows, through a level forest route. This beach has bright white sand, turquoise water and coconut trees.

The jungle journey is challenging in spots, requiring you to use tree branches to pull yourself up and down the steep, occasionally slick terrain. It’s fantastic if you enjoy a little bit of a hiking adventure.
