1. Khao Matsee Viewpoint
The steep twisting road that leads to the lookout is well worth it. A stunning 360 degree panorama of the surrounding hills, river and sea.

2. Hat Thung Wua Laen
Although many Thai tourists frequent both beaches, little development has occurred nearby. You may visit even more serene sandbars along the Chumphon coastline if you have a vehicle of your own.

6. Mu Ko Chumphon National Park
Mu Ko Chumphon National Park is a Park in southern Thailand that is made up of a collection of islands in the Gulf of Thailand off the coast.

8. Wooden Footbridge at Nong Yai
8 km to the north of Chumphon town is Nong Yai Tang Chang Public Park. You can reach an island by using the footbridge to cross the lake.

9. Wat Chao Fa Sala Loi
A large Sala tree is growing inside the wat and its stem has an odd looking shape and orange blooms. Due to the fact that Lord Buddha was born beneath a Sala tree.

The bell shaped chedi is capped with Plee Yod, a structure like a banana blossom and a peak with a dew drop shape.
