1. Brandenburg Gate
The Gate was a memorial of division – located in the restricted area after the Wall was built and could not be visited by East or West Germans. After the fall of the Wall, it became a symbol of German Unity.

5. Holocaust Memorial
Most Berliners refer to the Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe as the Holocaust Memorial. Which was unveiled in May 2005 and is close to the Brandenburg Gate.
